Return Policy General Information
- Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Pierced jewellery cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
- Underwear and swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal has not been removed.
- Beauty products and accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Items must have all tags attached.
- Our recommendation is to get proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to BG Fashion.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM
Based on our Return Policy, for all national and international customers, the items must be returned within a period of 28 days. The time will start counting from the day you have received your parcels. In addition, we ask our clients to return items not worn and in their original packaging.
We hope you will never receive a faulty product.
If you do so, we are really sorry for that. Definitely, we will get it sorted as soon as possible. We kindly ask you to contact us through our Customer Services. Besides our Costumer Service, we have available other communication platforms such as email, social media. In addition to your request, please send us a picture of the faulty item and your order number. Definitely will speed up the replacement process.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN/ REFUND
We always try to process and refund your return as quickly as possible. However, most of the times does not depend on us. Sometimes can take up to up to 21 days if the order is international (Outside the United Kingdom). But, if your order is national, would take around 5 working days maximum.
If you have not received a refund and it has been more than 30 days since you posted your returns, please contact us with a photo of your receipt.
DO WE REFUND THE DELIVERY FEE
Unfortunately, we do not refund postage/shipping charges on any orders.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ARTICLE?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. However, you can return your item to us and after place a new order to receive the item of your choice. If you wish to return an article, please read the – ‘How to return an Item?’ – policy.

If you reside or order a product or service within the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel your contract/order with us. This two-week period starts from the day after receiving your order (or from the day after receiving the last item in your order). To cancel the order you would need to write to us with a cancellation notice – just fill the cancellation form or email us (firstname.lastname@example.org).

If you are cancelling your contract but have already received your order, you will need to return the item (s) to us using the steps in the section above labelled
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
As part of our return policy, you will receive a full refund, following we have received the item from you. However, please take into consideration our return policy. Not only but also, for reasons of hygiene, some items are non-refundable. For example, items such as pierced jewellery, intimacy articles. Additionally, we would like to ask you to make sure that lingerie and swimwear items are tried on your own underwear. In addition to this, please do not remove the seal. Thus, if you do remove the seal, we can reasonably decline your refund.
CAN I RETURN MULTIPLE ARTICLES IN A PACKAGE?
Yes you can! We recommend you to include both orders notes for each order. Thus, will help us speed up the process of your return. Likewise, in case you have misplaced your receipt note, please include a note in with the order numbers and the relevant items you’re returning.
